The Government of B.C. is now issuing Provincial Attestation Letters to eligible post-secondary institutions to allow new international student applicants to apply for a study permit to study in B.C. The Provincial Attestation Letter issuing system went live on 4th March 2024.
Ontario Government will issue PALs by 31st March 2024.
