PAR is an eight (8) weeks intensive program for overseas health professionals who want to join workforce internationally. This program will help health workers/professionals into gaining access to international workforce.
At the core of relocating an overseas Health Professional to an international job force, lies the acquisition of standards and regulations for that particular country for e.g. UK, Canada etc. In particular these individuals need to recognize and accommodate these diverse standards and cultures within their profession in a short period of time. Therefore, acquiring these standards and regulations is crucial for efficiency and competence within the foreign job market. This course will explore the international standards and regulations as well as other essential skills that are mostly influential to raise confident and performance level within the health industry. Additionally, PAR will provide intense learning atmosphere for OET coaching. Lastly, this program will draw together events and networking with the health sector.
