We are currently looking for experienced Shift managers, Department Managers, Assistant Manager or Restaurant Managers to work at our Warkworth McDonalds Store. We are looking for full time 30+ hours per week between the hours of 6:00 am – 11:30 pm.
Work experience / Qualifications Required: Minimum of 1 year previous experience as a shift manager / Department manager or Assistant Restaurant Manager in a QSR environment. McDonalds experience is preferred.
Key Duties.
- 🔑Leading the team to deliver Outstanding QSC at all times.
- 🔑Leading and Maintaining all critical compliance and maintenance in the restaurant,
- 🔑Assisting with leading our Audit Cycle and ensuring the store is always audit ready.
- 🔑Training and performance management of staff.
- 🔑Role model, enforce and educate staff in all McDonald’s Policies and procedures.
- 🔑Leading and ensuring all food safety protocol is upheld to the highest standard.
- 🔑Driving and delivering key Sales and KPI targets to grow the business.
- 🔑Ensuring we are Delivering exceptional customer service at all times.
- 🔑Management of designated departments / departments.
- 🔑Creating a supportive and high performing team culture.
