Business Visit Visa – Temporary Work (Short Stay Activity) Visa (Subclass 400)

A business visit visa is generally for people to travel to Australia for business purposes, such as to attend conferences or negotiate business. People from certain countries can apply for an Electronic Travel Authority (ETA) visa for short stay or long stay.  Citizens of Sri Lanka and some other countries are not eligible for ETAs.

As the previous category known as the Business (Short Stay) visa is currently closed, applicants should apply for a Temporary Work (Short Stay Activity) visa (Subclass 400).

This visa is for short-term highly-specialised work or special circumstances.
