On 9th November 2013, some changes were made to the Canada Experience Class.
In 2014, only 12,000 applications will be accepted under this class.
There will also be a cap on the number of applicants in Skill Level B (NOC) occupations (technical jobs and skilled trades). This mean people with these occupations should apply as soon as possible.
Further, language testing will take place earlier. This enables applicants who don’t meet the English requirements to obtain a refund of fees if they cannot proceed to the next stage. The Visa Centre sees there could be an advantage in having a good English test result earlier and can assist clients to achieve an IELTS score, See Unitech IELTS
